【重要】月謝プランの残回数繰越に関するお詫びとお知らせ

いつも当スタジオをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

ただいま、システムの不具合により、6月分の月謝プラン残回数の繰越チケット付与処理に遅延が発生しております。また、同時に一部管理システムのエラーが発生しており、対象となるお客様へのチケット付与をすぐに行うことが難しい状況となっております。

現在、システムの復旧および原因究明を急いでおります。復旧が完了し次第、対象のお客様へは順次繰越チケットを付与させていただきますので、今しばらくお待ちいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

＜復旧までに対象の繰越チケットを使って受講をご希望の方へ＞

システム復旧までにスタジオにお越しいただく際、繰越分のチケットでの受講をご希望の場合は、大変お手数ですが

受付にてお客様のマイページ（「予定管理」画面）をご提示いただけますようお願いいたします。

スタッフがその場で残回数を目視確認させていただき、対応をさせていただきます。

皆様には多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

[Important] Notice and Apology Regarding Monthly Plan Session Carry-Over Delay

Thank you for always training with us.

Currently, due to a system malfunction, there is a delay in the automatic process for carrying over your remaining monthly plan sessions from June. Additionally, a system error on our management side is temporarily preventing us from issuing these carry-over tickets immediately.

We are actively working on resolving the issue and investigating the cause. Once the system is restored, we will sequentially issue the carry-over tickets to all eligible members. We kindly ask for your patience during this time.

If you visit the studio and wish to use your remaining carry-over sessions, please show your My Page ("Schedule / 予定管理" screen) to our staff at the reception desk. Our staff will manually check your remaining sessions on your phone and issue your entry on the spot.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and anxiety this situation may cause. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
