先日からシステムのエラーにより遅延しておりました、6月分の月謝プラン残回数に伴う「繰越チケット」の付与処理につきまして、システムが正常に復旧いたしましたことをご報告いたします。

不具合の解消に伴い、対象となる会員様への繰越チケットの付与手続きもすべて完了いたしました。

お手数ですが、次回ご予約の前に、会員マイページにてチケットが正しく反映されているかご確認をいただけますようお願いいたします。

万が一、残回数が正しく反映されていない場合や、ご不明な点がございましたら、大変お手数ですがスタッフまでお申し付けください。

不具合の期間中、多大なるご不便とご心配をおかけしましたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

今後とも会員の皆様が快適にレッスンを受講できるよう、再発防止とサービス向上に努めてまいります。

We are pleased to inform you that the system error causing the delay in carrying over the remaining monthly plan sessions from June has been fully resolved.

Following the restoration, the process of issuing the carry-over tickets to all eligible members has also been completed. We kindly ask you to check your membership My Page to ensure that your tickets have been correctly reflected before making your next reservation.

If you find any discrepancies with your remaining sessions or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our staff.

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and anxiety caused during this system failure. We will continue to make every effort to prevent recurrence and improve our services so that all members can enjoy their lessons comfortably.
